India Connections, We offer tailor-made holidays throughout India

States included:
The whole country.

Major attractions & cities of this area:
Kathmandu city and the Kathmandu Valley; the Himalayan Mountains including Mount Everest and the opportunity to fly over them; Chitwan Wildlife Sanctuary; Pokhara.

Climate:
Nepal has a tremendous variation in climate because of the vast differences in altitude. The lowland areas (Terai) have a tropical climate whereas the high mountains (above 4,400m) have arctic conditions. Eastern Nepal has a summer monsoon and there are areas that can reach 40oC in April/May. The best time to visit therefore depends on where you plan to go – but generally the high season starts in mid October and runs until March.

Know Before You Go: to make an informed decision about the destination you are considering visiting citizens should take the advice of their respective governments. For British citizens that is the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO). The FCO website gives travel advice (health, safety, security etc) for every country. We recommend you look at this before booking any holiday and then again before departure. (https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice)
